Dear Sirs,                                                                      

Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A., is issuing an Equity Linked Note,

FB Finansielle Aktier Pro 2008/2009                                             

in NOK due 30 June 2009 through a public offering. The offering period is from 2
June to 20 June 2008 (both days included).                                      

The maturity is 1 year.                                                         

At maturity the investor receives 100% of the invested Aggregate Nominal Amount 
plus an amount, which is linked to the evolution of 15 global financial         
equities. The maximum redemption price is 100% + XX%. For each equity that      
closes outside the Corridor 2% is deducted from XX%. The redemption price is    
floored at 100%.                                                                

XX% will be fixed at the latest 23 June 2008 according to the market conditions 
that day. If, due to the market conditions, it is not possible to achieve a     
minimum of 20%, the issue will be canceled. An indicative level as of 7 May 2008
is 23%.                                                                         

Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg has arranged this issue and Dexia Bank 
Denmark A/S is acting as paying and listing agent for the OMX Nordic Exchange   
Copenhagen A/S. The sale will take place through Forstædernes Bank A/S.         

The Final Terms issued in relation to the EUR 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term   
Note, Certificate and Warrant Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments
