August 15, 2007. Forum Uranium Corp. (FDC: TSX-V) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Board of Directors at the Company’s AGM on August 14, 2007. Anthony Balme, Richard Mazur, P. Geo., David Cowan, L.L.B., and Michael Steeves, CFA, make up the new Board of Directors of Forum. Forum would like to welcome Michael A. Steeves as a Director of Forum Uranium Corp. He has been involved in the mining industry for over 40 years. He is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Zazu Metals Corporation, which is developing a large zinc-lead-silver deposit near the Red Dog mine in Northern Alaska. Prior to joining Zazu Metals, Mike was Vice President of Investor Relations for Glamis Gold, and also served as Director of Investor Relations for Coeur D’Alene Mines, Homestake Mining and Pegasus Gold. Mr. Steeves also worked as a mining analyst for many years with a number of Canadian Investment firms and as a geologist for senior mining companies in Canada and the United States. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology and a Master of Science Degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. The company also announces that, in accordance with the Company's stock option plan, it has granted to certain of its directors, officers and consultants incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 485,000 common shares exercisable on or before August 14, 2012 at a price of $0.55 per share.
