(NYSE:GZT) (TSX:GZT) (TASE:GZT), one of the world's leading multi-national real
estate companies focused on the management, acquisition, development and
redevelopment of supermarket-anchored shopping centers in major urban markets,
announced today that it will release its first quarter 2015 financial results
on Sunday, May 31, 2015. The financial statements will be available on the
Company's website. 

On the following day, June 1, 2015, Gazit-Globe's senior management will hold a
conference call and live webcast to review and discuss the first quarter 2015
financial results and overall business environment at 5:00 pm Israel Time /
4:00 pm Central European Time / 10:00 am Eastern Time.
