Dezember 2013 – Die AEE Ahaus-Enscheder AG hat im Verlauf des zweiten Halbjahres des laufenden Geschäftsjahres 2013 einen Gewinn in Höhe von etwa 200 TEuro durch die Veräußerung ihrer Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der Investunity AG erzielt. Der Gewinn aus dieser Veräußerung wird deutliche Auswirkungen auf das Jahresergebnis der AEE Ahaus-Enscheder AG haben. Die Gesellschaft erwartet unter der Annahme stabiler Börsenkurse und der erfolgreichen Abwicklung eines zur Zeit noch laufenden Auftragsfinanzierungsgeschäfts in Höhe von rund 150 TEuro mit einem zur Zeit insolventen Unternehmen ein Jahresergebnis 2012 in Höhe von mehr als 200 TEuro. Die Gesellschaft verfügt darüber hinaus aus einer Position von rund 80.000 Anteilen an dem Fonds Morgan Stanley P2 Value, die Anschaffungskosten von rund 5 Euro je Anteil und einen Nettoinventarwert nach Marktwerten von rund 6,50 Euro je Anteil aufweisen, über stille Reserven von über 100 TEuro. Es bestehen weitere kleinere Aktienpositionen mit stillen Reserven. Unternehmensprofil AEE Ahaus-Enscheder AG: Zwischenzeitlich firmierte sie unter Meravest Capital AG mit Sitz in Karlsruhe.
