GLOBAL I CARE PLC / Key word(s): Product Launch/Strategic Company Decision Global iCare is proud to announce 4 major Strategic Alliances Bangkok, October 3, 2012: Global iCare to gain access to 14 million Thailand Post customers each month, signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Trans Infotech, is proud to announce they have signed a USD 2,000,000 License Agreement with Open Asia Consulting Limited, and ‘Joint Development Bank’ (JDB) in Laos joined Global iCare A Joint co-operation agreement has been signed by Mr. Dave Tyson (Chairman and Founder of Global iCare PLC) and Mr. Somchai Thammavetch (Marketing and Retail Manager of Thailand Post Co.Ltd). Objectives are to produce and issue a Thailand Post Global ICare Smiles-Card to all Thailand Post staff members and the approximately 14 million Thailand Post customers they have each month. Global iCare has allocated 5 million cards for Thailand Post in the first phase of the launch second quarter 2013. Thailand Post is also a significant alliance for Global iCare as all card members can redeem their ‘smiles’ on all products and services provided by Thailand Post. Global iCare and Trans Infotech have signed a Strategic Alliance agreement that will enable them to work together in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. Trans Infotech owns and controls thousands of payment terminals in the merchants of these countries and will actively promote the Global iCare system to these merchants as the preferred multi partner loyalty program for them to use. Global iCare gains immediate access to an established merchant network through Trans Infotech and Trans Infotech gains the ability to create revenues through the Global iCare Smiles-Card program riding on their terminals. The agreement signed will also give Trans Infotech a distinct advantage over their competitors in being able to work with Global iCare exclusively in some markets. Global iCare is proud to announce they have signed a License Agreement for Vietnam with Open Asia Consulting Limited for USD 2,000,000. Global iCare will also receive considerable royalties each month after launch from the total card income generated from the system. A joint co-operation agreement has been signed by Mr. Dave Tyson (Chairman and Founder of Global iCare PLC), Mr. Saroj Singsomboon and Dr. Nartada Singsonboon from Joint Development Bank. This agreement will enable the current Bank ATM, Credit and Debit cards to be used in the unique Global iCare Smiles-Card system without the Bank having to issue new cards to their customers. The Bank will also install the unique Global iCare software on to the Banks terminals in the market, enabling the Bank’s merchants to access and gain the benefits of the Smiles-Card system free of cost. ‘Global iCare establishing a solid foot print in Laos can easily lead to further expansion in surrounding Asian countries’ said its Chairman Dave Tyson.
