Christian Nielsen (46) as the company's new CFO effective today and the
resignation of the previous CFO, Per Birk-Sørensen.

The Board of Directors of Glunz & Jensen A/S announces the appointment of Jens
Christian Nielsen (46) as the company's new CFO effective today and the
resignation of the previous CFO, Per Birk-Sørensen. 

The background for the change is Glunz & Jensen's successful completion of a
turnaround process during 2009-2011. As the company is now in a growth phase it
will no longer require the same degree of financially-related change management
projects, but will increasingly have a growing need for financial follow-up and
management in relation to operations and completed strategic initiatives. 

'On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Per Birk-Sørensen for his big
effort since joining our company in 2009. Glunz & Jensen has made it through
the crisis and we are generating growth in both revenue and earnings. Per
Birk-Sørensen deserves credit for his contribution to that achievement,' said
Søren Stensdal, the company's chairman. 

Jens Christian Nielsen, will take up his new position tomorrow, the 27 March
2012. He holds a M.Sc.-degree in economics and business administration and
served as CFO of listed company Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S during the
period 2007-2011. Like Glunz & Jensen, Topsil is a global, high-tech business.
Prior to joining Topsil, Jens Christian Nielsen was CFO of Stryhns A/S during
2004-2007 and Director of Finance with Irwin Industrial Tool Company A/S during
1996-2004. 

Going forward, the Management Board of Glunz & Jensen A/S will consist of Keld
Thorsen, CEO, and Jens Christian Nielsen, CFO.
