Further details of this project will be announced later in a timely fashion. Management's main objectives are to minimize environmental impact, ensure that leading and innovative technologies are incorporated into this utilities project. GRIT's subsidiary GRIT-UTILITIES is currently seeking a number of industry specific registrations before specific details can be disclosed. This Alberta based project has a potentially long-running return on investment (ROI). The project synopsis has interested an institutional lender, with the willingness in arranging syndication to fulfil financing for the entire project. GRIT is also pleased to announce that it will be attending the German Equity Forum from November 22nd to 24th in Frankfurt Germany. The forum is sponsored by companies such as Ernst and Young, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. The event will be held at the Congress Center in Frankfurt and is a joint event of Deutsches Borse and KfW SME Bank. This forum is of particular interest to companies seeking capital, listed public companies and investors.
