Mr. Frank Yuan, CEO of IBMC stated 'Da Yang Department Store is great location for Lilliput Children’s brand. Nanjing is a city that has experienced fast growth in consumer spending and the local community really accept international brands.' The Lilliput Da Yang Store represents the first store in Nanjing but Lilliput is aggressively negotiating with other Department Stores in Nanjing such as Golden Eagle. Golden Eagle has the flagship department store in Nanjing and represents almost 40% of their 400 Million RMB Revenue. Lilliput has also experienced extreme interest with potential franchisees after opening of Nanjing stores. IBMC is currently negotiating with potential franchisee to open stores in Gui Zhou which is North Western part of China. We expect to open several Lilliput stores within the next few months.
