INTAC Announces Launch of Enhanced Corporate Website

HONG KONG, March 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — INTAC International, Inc. (Nasdaq:
INTN – News; FSE: WKN 805 768) today announced that the new INTAC
International, Inc. corporate website is now online.
The website, available at http://www.intac-asia.com , was designed and developed
to provide information on the company and the redirection of its business plan
from the traditional distribution of premium brand wireless handsets to its new
Internet joint venture, Beijing Intac Purun Educational Development Ltd (“Intac
Purun”). Intac Purun was formed in September 2003 with China Putian Corporation
and the Ministry of Education in The People’s Republic of China.
Intac Purun was established to provide Chinese students with a full-range of
career development services over the Internet, using mobile value-added services
and through local Career Service Centers. The purpose of the joint venture is
to facilitate graduates of Higher Education Institutions in job searches and
future career development. The Internet portal will be launched by the end of
March 2004.
The new website also features:
— INTAC’s business and partnering strategy; and
— an investors section, including stock price information, press
releases, SEC filings, calendar of events and Corporate Governance
policies
