The board of directors of Højgaard Holding A/S has today considered and
approved this interim report for the period from 1 January to 30 September
2012. 

  -- The group's revenue was DKK 4.2 billion, up 16 % on the same period last
     year.
  -- The group recorded a loss before tax of DKK 65 million, compared to a loss
     of DKK 41 million for the same period in the previous year.
  -- MT Højgaard A/S recorded a loss before tax of DKK 139 million, compared to
     a loss of DKK 93 million for the same period in the previous year. The loss
     was affected by considerable downward adjustments on projects, especially
     in the first quarter, and restructuring costs.
  -- For the full 2012, the Højgaard Holding group now expects a slightly higher
     revenue than in 2011, where previously the expectation was a revenue at the
     same level as in 2011, or possibly slightly higher.
  -- A pre-tax margin of around -2% is now expected, where previously the
     expectation was a pre-tax margin of around -1%.
