In accordance with the regulations for listed companies' submission of interim
statements, Roblon A/S hereby submits the interim statement for the period
November 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010 (9 months). 

As described in the Interim Report, Roblon A/S has implemented various
activities to improve efficiency and strengthened sales and marketing
activities. As a result of this, the positive trend for Roblon A/S has
continued, so that both turnover and result for the third quarter are somewhat
better than expected in the Interim Report. 

For the full year 2009/10, Roblon A/S expects a turnover in the region of 188 -
193 million DKK against 175 - 185 million DKK (in the Interim Report), and a
profit before tax in the region of 21 - 24 million DKK against 16 - 19 million
DKK (in the Interim Report). 

No events or transactions with a material effect on the company's financial
position, as shown in the interim report, have occurred.
