The eight new members representing the shareholders had already been announced recently, the eight members representing the employees will remain unchanged. Wolfgang Keller (born in 1935) studied economics in Milan and obtained his doctorate in business administration. He then worked for various companies as an auditor, controller and M&A advisor before being the CFO of Barilla in Parma for seven years until 1981. He subsequently joined Iveco-Magirus AG (Ulm) as Chairman of the Management Board, a position which he held for 16 years. In 1997 he returned to Barilla as delegate of the Advisory Board and CFO where he remained until 2000.
