The aggregate principal amount of the EuroLYONs to be redeemed is EUR 457,000, which represents the aggregate principal amount of all of the outstanding EuroLYONs. The Redemption Date shall be December 8, 2006. Pursuant to Conditions of Issue the aggregate Early Redemption Amount shall be equal to EUR 306,832.94. The redemption notice pursuant to the Conditions of Issue is expected to be published on or about November 3, 2006.
