MIG Funds: Successful sale of shares in B.R.A.I.N. AG
Yesterday evening, the MIG Funds sold their stakes in B.R.A.I.N. Biotechnology Research and Information Network AG (“BRAIN”) (ISIN DE0005203947) to institutional investors in a private placement by way of an Accelerated Bookbuilding. On the back of a very strong demand and multiple oversubscription of the book, the MIG Funds decided to sell all of their 2,528,389 shares in BRAIN (representing in total 15.4% of BRAIN’s total share capital). ODDO SEYDLER BANK AG acted as sole global coordinator and together with BAADER BANK AG as joint bookrunners in the transaction
MIG is a German Venture Capitalist Investor that had – through various funds – been invested in BRAIN since 2006.
