Mobile Loyalty appoints Ulf Angelin as CFO
Mobile Loyalty PLC / Key word(s): Change of Personnel 29.03.2012 / 11:35 --------------------------------------------------------------------- Mobile Loyalty appoints Ulf Angelin as CFO Mobile Loyalty has recruited Ulf Angelin as Chief Financial Officer. The Company has recently raised new capital and is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and AktieTorget, Stockholm. Ulf will be included in the Company's management team, and the appointment is a part of the Company's efforts to strengthen its financial expertise for continued international expansion. Ulf Angelin has 20 years of international experience in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry in operations as well as in corporate finance. During the past 12 years, he has worked in New York and London as a financial corporate advisor to publicly traded and private TMT companies and he has specialized in international M&A and capital raising transactions primarily between the US, Europe, and Asia. Ulf Angelin joins Mobile Loyalty from CrossBorder Venture Partners, a VC advisory firm. Previously, he worked at the investment banks UBS, BDO Capital Advisors, and FM&Co. Prior to that, he held various business development and product management positions at Ericsson in Europe, the U.S., Asia and Latin America. Overall, he has worked on financial transactions and projects in over 20 countries with a total value of over USD 15 billion. He holds an International MBA in Finance, Strategy and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology.
