Mobile Loyalty PLC completes the acquisition of Scandvision Holding AB
Mobile Loyalty PLC / Key word(s): Acquisition Mobile Loyalty PLC completes the acquisition of Scandvision Holding AB. Malmö/Frankfurt/London, April 11, 2012. Mobile Loyalty completed the previously announced acquisition of Scandvision Holding AB during March 2012. On November 8, 2011, Mobile Loyalty agreed on acquiring Scandvision Holding AB with an expected closing date of March 1, 2012. The Group's consolidated results will be presented in the Q1 report on May 31, 2012. Scandvision Holding generated sales of approximately SEK 38 million in 2011, not including any revenues related to Scandvision Denmark. Scandvision Holding owns 25% of Scandvision Denmark and has an option to acquire the remaining 75%. In 2011, Scandvision Denmark generated revenues of approximately SEK 7 million. Mobile Loyalty's Board has decided not to exercise for the time being its option to acquire the remaining 75% of Scandvision Denmark.
