The Group generated operating profit before exceptional items, one-off charges associated with the IPO and capital raising efforts, the amortisation of intangibles, interest and taxes in line with previously released preliminary unaudited results. However, in the 2011 Annual Report and audited consolidated financial statements, the Group has taken additional reserves, financing charges, as well as a non-cash non-equity affecting IFRS 2 charge related to the reverse merger of Mobile Loyalty plc.
