Munksjö Oyj: Change in the holding of EQT

Munksjö Oyj has on 3 December 2014 received an announcement referred to in
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. According to the
announcement, the direct and indirect holding of Munksjö Guernsey Holding
Limited in Munksjö has on 3 December 2014 fallen below the thresholds of 10 and
5 per cent. 

According to the announcement, Munksjö Luxembourg Holding S.á r.l. is a
subsidiary of Munksjö Guernsey Holding Limited. After this change in the
holding, Munksjö Guernsey Holding and Munksjö Luxembourg Holding S.á r.l. do
not directly or indirectly hold any shares or voting rights in Munksjö. 

The sale of shares in Munksjö by Munksjö Luxembourg Holding S.á r.l. and
Munksjö Guernsey Holding Limited is based on a placing agreement entered on 3
December 2014 by and between Munksjö Luxembourg Holding S.à r.l., Munksjö
Guernsey Holding Limited and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, among other
parties. 

Munksjö Oyj's registered share capital is EUR 15 000 000 and it consists of 51
061 581 shares. All shares carry equal voting rights.
