MUNKSJÖ OYJ, PRESS RELEASE 11 December 2014 9.00 a.m. CET

Munksjö Arches SAS and ColArt have signed a distribution agreement. According
to the agreement, ColArt becomes a distributor of Munksjö's Fine Art Papers as
of 1 January 2015. ColArt is a leading producer and distributor of artist
materials, mainly high quality water-, oil- and acrylic colours and Munksjö is
a leader in production of Fine Art Papers under the brand Arches(R). 

Munksjö has the intention to expand its product offering to new customers and
geographic areas and to enhance the visibility of the brand Arches(R). The
agreement with ColArt is a further step in this process, as it enables
Munksjö's access to ColArts' worldwide distribution network.
