NESR Schedules Earnings Release & Announces Participation in Upcoming Conferences

National Energy Services Reunited Corp. (“NESR” or the “Company”) an international, industry-leading provider of integrated energy services in the Middle East and North Africa (“MENA”) region, today announced that it will release its financial results for the first half of 2024 on Thursday, August 29, 2024.

A conference call is scheduled for 8:00 AM ET on August 29, 2024, to discuss the financial results. Investors, analysts and members of the media interested in listening to the conference call are encouraged to participate by dialing in to the U.S. toll-free line at 1-877-407-0890 or the international line at 1-201-389-0918, approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the call.

5. Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) on 4-7 November – Abu Dhabi, UAE – NESR will showcase new technologies and case studies across its portfolio, including its ROYA directional drilling suite, at the world’s largest Oil & Gas industry event;
   

6. Bank of America Energy Conference on 12 & 13 November – Houston, Texas – NESR management will host 1×1 meetings with investors.
