Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish law on securities trading, Solar A/S
hereby announces that: 

Nordea Funds Oy, Danish Branch has informed Solar that today, Nordea Funds Oy,
Danish Branch has purchased 2,544 Solar B shares, which changes their
percentage voting rights from 4.99% to 5.01%.
