Nordicom has received the following large shareholder announcement:





In accordance with the Danish Securities Act of § 29 etc., we hereby announce
that The Investment Company of Bøg ApS has today acquired 3,067,193 shares in
Nordicom A/S. 

In addition, we have announced to the Danish Financial Services Authority today
that our newly acquired share capital amounts to 25.50% of the total voting
rights as well as of the total capital of Nordicom.
