Notice of termination of shareholders' agreement

Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S ('NORDEN') has today received below notice from
one of the Company's major shareholders, RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS, in Norway: 

'Re.: Agreement dated 1 March 2010 between POLYSHIPPING AS and A/S Motortramp
(the 'Agreement') as amended by Addendum thereto dated 19 July 2013 between
POLYSHIPPING AS, RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS and A/S Motortramp (the 'Addendum') -
Notice of Termination 

Pursuant to section 5.1 of the Agreement, RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS hereby, by 365
days notice, terminates the Agreement as amended by the Addendum.' 

The terms of the shareholders' agreement remain unchanged in the termination
period and are described in NORDEN's announcement no. 50/2004, no. 41/2008 and
no. 10/2010. 

A/S Motortramp owns 11,851,240 shares in NORDEN (corresponding to approximately
28.1% of the Company's registered nominal share capital). RASMUSSENRUPPEN A/S
owns 4,869,640 shares in NORDEN (corresponding to approximately 11.5% of the
Company's registered nominal share capital).
