Aktia Bank plc - Flagging announcement
Stock exchange release 2 September 2014 at 3.30 p.m.



Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we
inform that Stiftelsen Tre Smeder's share of Aktia Bank plc's shares has
decreased to less than 10% on 2 September 2014. 

Following the transaction 2 September 2014, Stiftelsen Tre Smeder owns a total
of 6,262,141shares and 87,776,245voting rights in Aktia Bank plc. Thus
Stiftelsen Tre Smeder now holds 9.41% of Aktia Bank plc's share capital and
19.76% of voting rights.
