(Düsseldorf, 17th June 2008) The renaming of Allbecon Olympia
Aktiengesellschaft to Olympia Flexgroup Aktiengesellschaft, decided upon in
the Annual General Meeting from 2nd June 2008, was finalised on 11th June
2008 with its registration in the Commercial Register of the Düsseldorf
Local Court. The company will trade under the name of Olympia Flexgroup
Aktiengesellschaft with immediate effect.

The name change is a major feature of the company’s restructuring and
centralisation programme, which involves a consistent strategy, consistent
work processes and a single organisational model for all companies and
offices.
