The National Control Commission for Prices and Energy on 18 November, 2010
replaced distribution network operator and public supply licenses of Rytų
Skirstomieji Tinklai, AB (RST), extending the licensed territory to Visaginas
municipality. 
As it was previously published, RST aquired the electricity distribution
network situated in Visaginas municipality from 1 November, 2010.
