Considering the consent of General Meeting of Shareholders of Rytų Skirstomieji
Tinklai, AB (RST) to acquire the electricity distribution network situated in
Visaginas municipality for the RST ownership, made on July 23, 2010, and the
decision of the Board of RST, made on August 19, 2010, RST aquired the
electricity distribution network situated in Visaginas municipality and started
to carry out the electricity distribution and supply activities from November
1, 2010. 
According to the laws RST will apply to the National Control Commission for 
Prices and Energy to replace the distribution network operator and public
supply licenses, extending the licensed territory of RST.
