inform that pursuant to the reorganisation conditions of the joint stock
company 'LIETUVOS ENERGIJA' (the present name of the company - joint stock
company 'LIETUVOS ENERGIJOS GAMYBA)' and the joint stock company Lietuvos
elektrinė approved on 4 July 2011 by the General Shareholders' Meeting of the
joint stock company Lietuvos elektrinė (legal person code 110870933, registered
address Elektrinės 21, LT-26108 Elektrėnai) on 20 July 2011, Lietuvos energija,
AB (legal person code 302648707, registered address Elektrinės 21, LT-26108
Elektrėnai) was registered with the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic
of Lithuania. The property, rights and obligations of the above companies will
be transferred to Lietuvos energija, AB in compliance with the reorganisation
conditions.
