Announcement

At the company's Extraordinary General Meeting today, the following decisions
were taken: 


· The General Assembly adopted the Board of Directors' proposal to widen the
objects of the company in Article 2 of the Articles of Association; this
includes to list investments as part of the objects of the company. 


· The General Assembly adopted the Board of Directors' proposal to update
Article 5 of the Articles of Association and to delete Article 8 of the
Articles of Association on cancellation of share certificates. 


· The General Assembly adopted the Board of Directors' proposal to amend
Article 18 of the Articles of Association on powers to bind the company so that
the company will be bound by the joint signatures of a member of the Board of
Directors and a manager or two members of the Board of Directors. 


· Karin Garre was elected to the Board of Directors. On the same occasion, the
shareholder-elected member Torbjörn Bjerke resigned from the Board of
Directors. Thorbjörn Bjerke had notified the Board of Directors that he wished
to resign. 

Following the resolution, the Board of Directors consists of the following
members elected by the general meeting: Allan Andersen, Christian Lundgren and
Karin Garre. Immediately after the general meeting, the Board convened and
elected Karin Garre as new Chairman of the Board.
