RESOLUTIONS OF RUUKKI GROUP'S EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Ruukki Group Plc ('Ruukki' or the 'Company') (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) is pleased
to announce all the resolutions proposed at today's Extraordinary General
Meeting ('EGM'), as published in the notice to the meeting on 24 May 2011, were
passed. 

The EGM approved the arrangements as detailed in the circular dated 24 May 2011
between the Group, Junnikkala and the Junnikkala Minority Shareholders relating
to the proposed disposal of the Group's interest in Junnikkala Oy and
authorised the Directors of the Company to take all such steps as may be
necessary or acceptable in relation thereto and to carry the same into effect. 

A copy of the resolutions passed at the EGM has been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection on the website:
www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
