DFDS A/S has in week 20 purchased 4,730 own shares for DKK 3.5m as
part of the share buy-back programme of DKK 300m launched on 22 April 2015 and
expiring latest on 31 December 2015, ref. company announcement no. 33/2015 of
21 April 2015. 

The
accumulated share buy-back of 31,033 shares for DKK 23.1m amounts to 7.7% of
the programme.

buy-backs).
