Frankfurt am Main 27.05.2009 - Sinosol AG and the Taiwan based Auria Solar
Co. Ltd. will sign a module supply agreement with a volume of 34 MW on the
'Intersolar' fair in Munich. The contract has a duration until 2011 and
covers the delivery of micromorph thin-film modules with a module output up
to 130 Wp.

Auria Solar, a company pioneering in research, development and production
of micromorph thin-film solar modules, is active exclusively in the
development of micromorph modules since the beginning of their module
production in the year 2008. 'The exclusive focus on development and
manufacturing of micromorph modules, the company background and the very
promising strategic orientation of Auria Solar are our main motivation to
include these high-performance thin-film solar modules into our product
portfolio', emphasizes Sven P. Krug, Member of the Executive Board of
Sinosol AG , the new partnership.

'The proven and long-term tested technology of Oerlikon combined with an
experienced team of solar professionals leave no doubt concerning the
reliability and quality of Auria's products' affirms Karl-Heinz Tönges,
Vice President, responsible for thin-film technology within Sinosol Group,
who has also inspected Auria Solar's manufacturing plant. By the end of
2009 Auria Solar will have expanded its manufacturing capacity to 60 MWp.
