The First Communal Project in Germany is Already under Construction

Frankfurt am Main, November 19, 2009

The Sinosol Group and welivit AG, a KardstadtQuelle Versicherung subsidiary
that is responsible for investments in photovoltaic (PV) projects on behalf
of Munich Re, are working together to construct PV-ground-mounted solar
parks. Sinosol will assume the project developer and general contractor
roles to create the turnkey PV-plant.

The beginning of this collaboration is marked by a multiple MW PV-park in
Bavaria, which Sinosol has implemented for MR Solar GmbH & Co. KG and will
be connected to the public electricity grid in 2009. Additional joint
projects for 2010 are currently being discussed.

'The collaboration with welivit AG is a further milestone in the future
growth of the Sinosol Group. We have won a strategic, financially strong
and solid partner in welivit, which would like to strongly expand its
portfolio in the photovoltaic industry together with us in the coming
years,' says Raphael Krause, Member of the Board of Managing Directors at
Sinosol.
