On April 5, 2012 Cobham plc announced an acquisition of shares in Thrane &
Thrane, based on their declared perception of Thrane & Thrane as an attractive
potential partner. 

The Board of Directors of Thrane & Thrane notes the interest and the fact that
most of the minority shareholding of 25.6% was acquired at a published price of
DKK 420 per share. The acquisition appears to reaffirm that Thrane & Thrane
holds a very strong position and attractive opportunities for further
development. 

In order to safeguard all shareholders' interest in optimizing the value of the
Company while observing the interests of other stakeholders the Board continues
the initiated strategic review of the opportunities available to Thrane &
Thrane. As announced previously, the Board expects to be able to announce the
results from the strategic review no later than May 14, 2012.
