Andreas Marty, already Chief Financial Officer of Ventizz Capital Partners ('Ventizz') since July 2008, will be made a partner effective from October 1, 2011. At the same time, Christian Sarwa, based in Zurich, will be promoted to the role of Investment Director. In his role as CFO, Andreas Marty is responsible for the legal and financial control of the company, as well as fund and investment controlling for the Ventizz funds. Since coming on board in 2008, Andreas Marty has worked actively on establishing the Switzerland branch of Ventizz with an investment and auditing team. Previously, Andreas Marty was Senior Manager in the assurance sector at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, responsible for national and international clients. Mr. Marty is a graduate of the Academy of Accountancy in Zurich and is a certified public accountant.
