Jadeberg Partners AG sells its stake in Smart Building solution provider MCS Solutions in a trade sale to Nemetschek SE

Jadeberg Partners sells its stake in MCS Solutions, a global solution provider of products and services for the integrated digital real estate, workplace, and smart building management. With this sale, Jadeberg Partners achieves another financially very successful exit within the scope of its current Growth Fund.

• The exit generates a Gross IRR at Exit of 33% within less than three years

Baar / Antwerp, October 4, 2018 – Jadeberg Partners is pleased to announce the trade sale of its shareholding in MCS Solutions (www.mcssolutions.com) within the scope of a 100% sale of the company to Nemetschek Group (www.nemetschek.com). MCS is a global leader in providing integrated products and services for the integrated digital real estate, workplace and smart building management.
MCS Solutions enables real estate owners as well as property managers to control their properties using the integrated myMCS software suite. The proprietary developed software solution myMCS offers a powerful visualization instrument with a central database administration. MCS Solutions has also developed the intelligent smart building platform COBUNDU^TM, which uses Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and big data analysis to optimize productivity and efficiency for building managers.
