TOM TAILOR Group: CECEBA Group is the new licensee for Women’s Night- & Loungewear
Hamburg, 11 November 2019. The TOM TAILOR Group is granting the license for TOM TAILOR Women’s Nightwear and Loungewear from Autumn/Winter 2020 to the CECEBA Group, its long-standing licensee for men’s underwear. The two companies have been collaborating for more than 20 years and, with the new licensing agreement, the complete underwear range for women and men of the TOM TAILOR brand will be combined under one roof at CECEBA.
“For us, licensed products are an integral part of our brand and sales strategy. With CECEBA we have a competent license partner at our side that has grown with us successfully for many years and incorporates the TOM TAILOR lifestyle,” says Gernot Lenz, CEO of the TOM TAILOR Group. The collection of CECEBA is designed and manufactured independently on the basis of brand specifications. The look and feel of the brand are guaranteed by close coordination with the product management of TOM TAILOR. The aim is to develop a feminine, high-value and commercially sound collection.
Besides an extensive NOS range, the first joint autumn/winter collection 2020 of the TOM TAILOR women’s nightwear and loungewear will consist largely of fashionable items attuned for the season. The assortment will be rounded off with a Christmas edition. The price range is in the medium segment and thus in line with the TOM TAILOR target group.
“The new women’s nightwear and loungewear collection of the TOM TAILOR brand will enable us to fill a profitable gap in the market. The opening discussions with the trade partners were very positive,” according to the two CECEBA sales managers Thomas Letzelter and Matthias Schulz.
The new TOM TAILOR women’s nightwear and loungewear collections can be ordered from November 2019 in the CECEBA showrooms at Düsseldorf, Munich and Moscow or through the Germany-wide POS-Managers. The new TOM TAILOR license assortment will be also presented by CECEBA at the large trade fairs in Dortmund, Moscow and Salzburg.
