(hereinafter each referred to as the 'Reporting Person' and several of them
as the 'Reporting Persons') notified us pursuant to Sec.21 para 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG):

(1) On March 31, 2008, the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 5 to 10 each
fell below the threshold of 3 percent of the voting rights in 10tacle
Studios AG, Goebelstraße 21, D-64293 Darmstadt (the 'Company').

On March 31, 2008 2.66 percent (163,608 voting rights out of altogehter
6,147,550 voting rights) of the voting rights were held in each case.

On March 31, 2008 2.66 percent of these voting rights (163,608 voting
rights) are attributed to each of the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 5
to 9 pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

On March 31, 2008 1.65 percent of these voting rights (101,579 voting
rights) are attributed to each of the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 5
to 6 and 8 also pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 2 and no. 6 WpHG
(with respect to the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 5 to 6 in
connection with sentence 2 of Sec. 22 para 1 WpHG).

On March 31, 2008 0,81 percent of these voting rights (50,030 voting
rights) are attributed to each of the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 and 7
also pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 2 and no. 6 WpHG (with
respect to the Reporting Persons under 1 to 2 in connection with sentence 2
of Sec. 22 para 1 WpHG).

On March 31, 2008 0.20 percent of these voting rights (11,999 voting
rights) are attributed to the Reporting Person under 1 also pursuant to
Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 2 and no. 6 WpHG in connection with sentence
2 of Sec. 22 para 1 WpHG.

(2) On March 26, 2008, the Reporting Persons under 3 and 4 each fell below
the threshold of 3 percent of the voting rights in the Company.

On March 26, 2008 2.84 percent (174,611 voting rights out of altogether
6,147,550 voting rights) of the voting rights were held in each case.

On March 26, 2008 2.84 percent of these voting rights (174,611 voting
rights) are attributed to each of the Reporting Persons under 3 and 4
pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG (with respect to the
Reporting Person under 3 in connection with sentence 2 of Sec. 22 para 1
WpHG).
