1. Böwe Systec Treuhand GmbH & Co. KG, Augsburg, Germany , has informed us
according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG and according to the Articles
17 and 18 of the WpAIV,  that via shares its Voting Rights on BÖWE SYSTEC
AG, have exceeded the 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 %, 30 % and 50 % limit
of the Voting Rights on November 13, 2009 and now amount to 50.06 % (this
corresponds to 3.304.000 Voting Rights).


2. Böwe Systec Treuhand Verwaltungs GmbH, Augsburg, Germany, has informed
us according to the Articles 21, 22, Section 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, that via
shares its Voting Rights on BÖWE SYSTEC AG, have exceeded the 3 %, 5 %, 10
%, 15 %, 20 %, 25 %, 30 % and 50 % limit of the Voting Rights on November
13, 2009 and now amount to 50.06 % (this corresponds to 3.304.000 Voting
Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 50.06 %
of the Voting Rights is to be attributed to the company from Böwe Systec
Treuhand GmbH & Co. KG, Augsburg, Germany.


3. Mr. Reinhard Edelmann, Germany, has informed us according to the
Articles 21, 22, Section 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, that via shares its Voting
Rights on BÖWE SYSTEC AG, have exceeded the 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25
%, 30 % and 50 % limit of the Voting Rights on November 13, 2009 and now
amount to 50.06 % (this corresponds to 3.304.000 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 50.06 %
of the Voting Rights is to be attributed to the company from Böwe Systec
Treuhand GmbH & Co. KG, Augsburg, Germany and Böwe Systec Treuhand
Verwaltungs GmbH, Augsburg, Germany.
