On August 17, 2009, Ms Doris Apell Kölmel, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on Helkon Media AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006080500, WKN:
608050, have exceeded the 15% limit of the Voting Rights on August 19, 2009
and on that day amount to 15.89% (this corresponds to 1795720 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.89%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1795720 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Apell Kölmel  from MK Medien Beteiligungs GmbH  .
