Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW, in
the voting rights in Kampa AG, Uphauser Weg 78, 32429 Minden, Germany,
exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%. On
that date, the stake of Carezo (Guernsey) Ltd. in the voting rights in
Kampa AG amounted to 75.12% (voting rights arising from 10,328,896 no-par
value ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Kampa AG has only issued ordinary
shares).

All such voting rights in Kampa AG were attributed to Carezo (Guernsey)
Ltd. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1, sentence 3 WpHG. The
voting rights attributed to Carezo (Guernsey) Ltd. were directly held by
PFH Holding GmbH and attributable to Carezo (Guernsey) Ltd. through the
following chain of entities controlled by Carezo (Guernsey) Ltd. (beginning
with the lowest): PFH Holding GmbH, PFH Sweden AB, Triton Masterluxco 2

the voting rights in Kampa AG, Uphauser Weg 78, 32429 Minden, Germany,
exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%, On
that date, the stake of CT Nominees Ltd. in the voting rights in Kampa AG
amounted to 75.12% (voting rights arising from 10,328,896 no-par value
ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Kampa AG has only issued ordinary shares).

All such voting rights in Kampa AG were attributed to CT Nominees Ltd.
pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1, sentence 3 WpHG. The voting

exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%. On
that date, the stake of Carey Trustees Ltd. in the voting rights in Kampa
AG amounted to 75.12% (voting rights arising from 10,328,896 no-par value

thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%. On that date,
the stake of Carey Group Private Client Holding S.à.r.l. in the voting
rights in Kampa AG amounted to 75.12% (voting rights arising from
10,328,896 no-par value ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Kampa AG has only
issued ordinary shares).

All such voting rights in Kampa AG were attributed to Carey Group Private
Client Holding S.à.r.l. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1,
