The Islamic Investment Company of the Gulf (Bahamas) Ltd, Jeddah, Saudi
Arabia, informed us on 16th of November, pursuant to sec. 21 para. I of the
WpHG, that on 18 October 2007 their voting interest in Prout AG exceeded
the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3,09% (this corresponds to 100,000
voting rights) on this day.
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Islamic
Investment Company of the Gulf (Bahamas) Ltd. in accordance with sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
