informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights in SoftM Software und Beratung AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007249104, WKN: 724910, have exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the
Voting Rights on April 19, 2010 and amount to 7.72% (this corresponds to
500158 Voting Rights) as per this date.

Mr.Janusz Filipiak, Poland has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights in SoftM Software und
Beratung AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007249104, WKN: 724910, have
exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the Voting Rights on April 19, 2010
and amount to 7.72% (this corresponds to 500158 Voting Rights) as per this
date.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, these
7.72% of voting rights (this corresponds to 500158 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to Mr. Janusz Filipiak.

The Voting Rights of the following shareholders, holding 3% or more in
SoftM Software und Beratung AG are to be attributed to Mr. Janusz Filipiak:

Poland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights in SoftM Software und Beratung AG, Munich,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007249104, WKN: 724910, have exceeded the thresholds of
3% and 5% of the Voting Rights on April 19, 2010 and amount to 7.72% (this
corresponds to 500158 Voting Rights) as per this date.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, these
7.72% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 500158 Voting Rights) are to be
