voting rights:

Pursuant to sections 21 (1), 24 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act') in
conjunction with section 32 (2) InvG ('German Investment Act'), we hereby
notify that the percentage of voting rights of our subsidiary Oppenheim
Asset Management Services, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, in syskoplan AG,
Bartholomäusweg 26, 33334 Gütersloh, Germany, fell below the threshold of
3% on 10 June 2011 and amounts to 2.171% (103,126 voting rights) as per
this date.
