This is to announce that the aggregate share capital of Jyske Bank A/S at the
end of December 2009 amounted to DKK 648m distributed on 64.8 million shares
corresponding to a total of 64.8 million votes after the capital increase of
the nominal value of DKK 108m completed on 7 December 2009. 

In accordance with the Articles of Association, every share of DKK 10 carries
one vote. The highest number of votes that any one shareholder may cast on his
own behalf is 4,000 votes.
