Jyske Bank has received a draft writ of summons from Foreningen af investorer
iJyske Invest Hedge Markedsneutral - Obligationer [the association of investorsin
Jyske Invest Hedge Markedsneutral - Obligationer] claiming that the bank befound
liable in damages to those investors who subscribed to units in the JyskeInvest
Hedge Markedsneutral - Obligation fund of Hedgeforeningen Jyske Invest. In the
draft writ - which has not yet been submitted to the city court - theBank is cited
as a defendant together with Hedgeforeningen Jyske Invest and theboard of
directors of Hedgeforeningen Jyske Invest. The reason for the claimagainst Jyske
Bank is that the Bank's advisory service in connection with thepromotion of units
in the investment fund Jyske Invest Hedge Markedsneutral -Obligationer  was - in
the opinion of the association of investors -insufficient and misleading. The
association of investors seeks to have the action brought as a classaction. In the
opinion of the Bank it is uncertain whether that is possible. The draft writ does
not state the amount of the plaintiffs' claim against thedefendants, among other
things because the amount depends on the number ofinvestors who join the class
action, if such is brought. Jyske Bank does not find that it has given
insufficient let alone misleadingadvisory service as claimed in the draft writ,
and in the event that - againstexpectations - an action is brought as a class
action against the Bank, JyskeBank does not expect that the court will sustain the
claim against the Bank ofthose investors who join such an action. Please direct
